I laser engraved Pépé Le Pew on the top covers. Fun

I did not use the hinges. I'm 72 years old and my fingers do not like the small pieces. Your cross members are a little to fragile. The next build will use 6mm. But all in all a fun progect well received buy my friends and family. The templates were very accurate.

3mm Toolbox

The design required some work on hinges as they do not fit into the square provided and the hinges do not line up for the rod to go through. furthermore the small pieces used to attach the moving parts that are to have round securing parts are too big for the holds in the box sides and too short to secure the round pieces. otherwise its not a bad product to start will. I wont use the wooden hinges or wooden securing rods as these would probably fail shortly after some use. The toolbox is also a bit small but the plans are easily scale-able to thicker and larger size
