Q: How soon after payment will I receive my designs?
A: When paying with direct payment system like PayPal, your designs will be ready for download immediately after payment. You will also receive email with the links to download all your files. When paying via EFT your order will only be released on Monday - Thursday 08:00 – 17:00, Fridays 08:00 - 16:00 and as soon as the payment reflects in our account.
Q: Can I buy the template if I do not have a laser machine, how do I get the products made?
A: Our files are compatible with any laser, if you search on Google you are sure to find a company, not too far from you, with a laser machine that will be more than happy to cut and engrave these products for you. In fact you could start a business, create your own range of products and sell online or wholesale.
