I modified this template, that I could cut it with my laser-cutter with 4mm Plywood. I bendet it with my steam-Iron in order to get this round shape in the end. I producet 5 of them, people just love it .

It is absolutely beautiful. I just had to change the setting on the grooves that fits over the hooks to cut inside. My CNC was set to cut everything on the outline which resulted that the grooves where to close to the edge and broke. But it is very easy to cut and assemble. Love it.
