I enjoined cutting it but would like the he instructions on how to get the rotating blade to rotate the one i got is a fixed blade or so i think I did make a small change to the windmill by adding a downpipe from the center of the windmill to the base and a pipe as a out let to give it a but of a more realistic look. thank you Regards Chris Heydenrych
