To whom it may concern, The designs are outstanding and we are very happy with the product and cost of the template. The issue that we found are there probably needs to be some type of directions for what thickness of wood you use and also have to adjust your cuts of the holes to fit the ajoining pieces when lazer cut. We went through several cuttings prior to gaining a product that would fit together. The second issue is when lazer cutting the upper portion of the flex region it makes the wood very brittle dealing with the angles of flex and will break, other than that your ideas are great just need to adjust the holes and cuting process for the flex regions.
