Great support

Item was easy to download and is easy to work with. I'm using lite burn so layers was easy . You can resize also. I'm new to this so if I can do it , anyone can.

Purchased for use on glowforge

The over design of this is awesome., however, too big for glowforge use. Not being much of a software person I was able to figure out how to break out the individual cuts (they come in one file in several flavors i.e. svg, ai ...) and downsize them about 50% to get them to work. I also had to redo some the detail as it was too small for this size. Got it to work and this was the result was great. I have since resized it up another 10% and combined cuts so less wood is use and it is much lighter!
