New to Glowforge but loving it. Found this box and it looked so good my girlfriend wanted one like it. grabbed a piece of basswood and away we went. Looked good but would not fit together. The template holes were not quite big enough. Grabbed a micrometer and found about .4cm difference in thickness. Modified the settings for the holes to compensate. Fit together pretty snug but nice.. I checked other templates and found I will have to modify depending on thickness of the material being used. I also had to increase the height so it would hold a Galaxy s21 with and Otterbox case.
Overall it is a nice template.
